Amazing coffee. Lovely atmosphere and log fire. Just the right coffee temperature. The friendly staff are well trained. Would only add healthier and tastier coconut milk to the selection.

Just visited the original WatchHouse on Bermondsey Street, where it all began, and I can see why this place sparked a modern coffee movement in London. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and refined, with that signature WatchHouse blend of great design and thoughtful service. The coffee? Impeccable. Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, you can tell their beans are roasted with real care. Huge shoutout to Deneb, Aron, and Grace, who were running the show today, incredibly friendly, sharp, and passionate about what they do. It's rare to see a team that blends efficiency and warmth so effortlessly. If you haven’t experienced WatchHouse yet, start here. It’s more than a café, it’s a beautifully crafted space to pause, connect, and enjoy seriously good coffee.

This is the “original” Watchhouse so I had to check this out. Seating here is quite limited - there are only a few seats indoor and a few spots outside for when you want to bask in the sunshine during summer. There is a nearby park as an alternative. Service was okay, quite lukewarm in the couple of times I visited. I feel that the service in the Canary Wharf branch was more warm and friendly.

I go to WatchHouse Bermondsey every day, and while I love all of them, this one is my favourite. Aaron is absolutely brilliant, professional, warm, and genuinely caring. Blessing is on another level, she is so, so, so customer-focused it’s ridiculous. In fact, the whole team are amazing: warm, friendly, and just spot on. Honestly, what a team! what an adorable little historic remodeled Cafe had the chai and it was pretty good levels of spice and delicious, although not the best I've ever had, but the overall vibes and sun on this area was just like good good vibes

A little treasure in a city centre full of uslessy expensive coffe shop with no value. This one is very nice and cozy, perfect food and coffe (word of an Italian). They also have a fidelity program you can join! Loved it

This is the 15th WatchHouse I have visited and very unique particularly due to the history behind the building and also it is the first WatchHouse I believe. As usual the coffee is great. Service was ok.
